Welcome to St John Villa Academy

Central Administration

Central Administration

From the Desk of Sr. Lois Darold, C.S.JB - Executive Director

The all-around success of our students would not be possible without an Academy complex that is safe and conducive to learning. The exterior and infrastructure of the Academy undergoes regular maintenance and the upgrades that make our Elementary and High School state of the art learning institutions. A sampling of recent major projects includes:

  • * the construction of new central Administrative offices in the Chapel Building;
  • * the repair and refurbishing of the Mother Alberta Stango C.S.JB. Gymnasium floor;
  • * the renovation of the Fr. Fusco Child Center (formerly Social Studies Bldg), including new bathrooms, windows and room configuration;
  • * the replacement of the Chapel Building roof and parapets;
  • * the replacement of boilers in the Gym and Chapel buildings.
  • * the transformation of the HS book-centered Library into a technology-centered Media Room.

One of our primary projects for 2016-17 already underway is a comprehensive review and phased upgrade of our security measures. With your support we will continue to make Villa a secure and caring environment for your daughters and sons.
